The truths upon which our seminary stands are briefly these:
-
The infallible inspiration of the Holy Scriptures and their absolute authority in doctrine and life.
-
The Three Forms of Unity (viz., the Heidelberg Catechism, the Belgic Confession, and the Canons of Dordrecht), which have been historically maintained in the Reformed churches.
Accordingly, the instruction in this seminary finds its heart in the five points of Calvinism:

The sovereign and unconditional election of God.
-
The total depravity of man.
-
The particular and complete atonement of Christ made only for the elect.
-
The irresistible power of the grace of God in the work of salvation.
-
The preservation of the saints.
Of central importance in the instruction is the everlasting and unconditional covenant of grace established by God with His elect people and their elect seed in Jesus Christ.

OUR FACILITIES
The PRC Theological Seminary was built in its present location in 1973-74, with a major addition (library and new professor offices) in 1994-95. In 2012 the main entrance was redone and the older part of the building completely renovated. In 2019 a new archives room and two additional professor offices were constructed. The library was renovated in the summer of 2019. Today the facility is fully modernized with a classical look, designed for the best ministerial training our present age requires. The seminary building sits on ten beautiful acres surrounded by woods and wildlife.
